60% Chardonnay – 40% Pinot Noir
Bouzy, Ambonnay, Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger.
5 to 7% vinified in barrels. Parcel selection.
Ageing
At least 6 years.
Appearance
Beautiful foam that has a slight pink hue when serving. The continuous effervescence nurtures a fine bead. The wine is a bright salmon-pink colour with some copper glints.
Nose
The nose is pronounced and elegant with aromas of antique rose, red fruit (raspberry, currant) and citrus fruit (mandarin).
Palate
The palate is precise, textured with beautiful Pinot Noir tannins, and balanced with silky freshness.
