5 to 7% vinified in barrels. Parcel selection.
Ageing
At least 7 years.
Appearance
A beautiful bright golden colour with green glints enhanced with very fine bubbles that form a delicate white foam rim.
Nose
The powerful yet very subtle nose alternately expresses fine and delicate floral aromas (acacia, lime blossom) as well as citrus (lemon) and resin notes.
Its finesse is revealed by hints of pepper and mint.
Palate
A subtle combination of structure, length and liveliness… the minerality of a very fine Chardonnay.
