35% Pinot Noir of which 10% is vinified as red.
Ageing
At least 3 years.
Appearance
Raspberry pink colour with pretty copper glints, the wine showcases its creamy white foam.
Nose
It is very fragrant with joyful aromas of fresh red fruit, currant and strawberry. On swirling the glass, the wine releases notes of stone fruit, sloe and orange zest, leading to complex notes of pine resin and a hint of toast.
Palate
With a delicious and distinguished attack, its finish is full and generous with impressive length.
