Blend

60% Chardonnay – 40% Pinot Noir.
5 to 7% vinified in barrels. Parcel selection.

Ageing

At least 5-8 years.

Appearance

The appearance is golden yellow with perfect glints, beautiful effervescence of fine bubbles forms a creamy and persistent bead.

Nose

Pleasant, open and fragrant, it reveals aromas of sweet fruit, peach, apricot and plum jam. After allowing the wine to breathe, it expresses notes of dried fruit, figs, almonds and candied fruit, giving way on the finish to notes of spices and a hint of toast.

Palate

Powerful, fruity and structured, it has great length on the finish.
